How far in advance should we start?
Major events like the Masters or Monaco often need a year; a Mediterranean charter in high season six to nine months; most other trips three to six months.
Do you book flights?
We generally do not book flights. We plan the trip around the flights you book, time everything to your arrivals and departures, and are glad to recommend routes and cabins.
What kinds of trips do you plan?
Luxury sports travel, private charters and villas, river and ocean cruises, safaris, small-group tours and fully bespoke itineraries on all seven continents.
How does it work once I reach out?
A short call to hear what makes this trip matter to you. Then a proposal with real options. Once you approve, we book and handle the logistics, and you have a direct line to us for the length of the trip.
What happens if something changes mid-trip?
You reach us directly, not a call center. We rebook, reroute and rearrange as needed.
Do you work with travelers outside Illinois?
Yes. Clients are anywhere in the United States; the trips are anywhere in the world.
