The terms that apply when Legendary Travel Co., LLC, doing business as Legendary Travel, plans or books travel on your behalf.
Our role
Legendary Travel acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators and other suppliers. Each supplier's own terms apply to the services they provide.
Changes and cancellations
Supplier cancellation terms govern refunds.
Travel insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We are happy to quote this for you at your request.
Passports, visas and health
Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, and any health requirements for the destinations visited.
Host agency and registrations
Legendary Travel is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel. Registration No. DTN4205457. California Seller of Travel Registration # 2089491-50. Registration as a seller of travel in California does not constitute the state’s approval. Agent is not a participant in the Travel Consumer Restitution Fund.
